We provide insured and tracked shipping for every order. The estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows: USA: 7-14 business days. All other International countries 7-21 business days.

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

For non defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

The Mila Collection has the right to refuse returns that passed the 15 days allowed time after delivery.
